Leveraging your business! ❄️
One advantage of running a service-based business is the ability to leverage existing client relationships when introducing more services! I live on the east coast and have the ability to do snow removal, I have just a few clients but with me already having a connection I was able to secure a few snow removal jobs, primarily plowing their driveways.
(No I did not sub this out, but all I’m doing is plowing it with a 350.)
Always take advantage of any steps you can to benefit your Company in any way possible!
