My name is Patrick. I’ve been working in the cleaning and home services industry for several years, both from the operations side and the systems side.
One of my main areas of experience is setting up and running BookingKoala properly — making sure services, pricing, add-ons, availability, and scheduling are configured in a way that actually converts visitors into booked cleanings. I’ve seen how much revenue cleaning companies lose when BookingKoala isn’t activated or structured correctly.
On top of that, I work heavily with GoHighLevel to automate missed calls, lead follow-up, confirmations, and reminders, so no inquiry gets lost. I also help connect those systems with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads and Google PPC, so leads flow directly into an automated follow-up and booking process instead of sitting in inboxes.
I joined this community to learn from other operators and also share practical insights around BookingKoala setup, scheduling issues, lead handling, and building automated systems that support growth without chaos. If anyone ever has questions in those areas, I’m happy to help where I can.
