Good afternoon! Have any of you ever had a Student turnover contract before. Just wondering what that looks like . We have an opportunity to clean out 1100 bedrooms ( 550 units). They are basically paying 30$ per bedroom (each bedroom has a bathroom) and 60$ for common areas( kitchen, hallways, kitchen appliances) I’ve put together 6 crews of 3 cleaners to make sure I can make the most money possible as it’s a project based on efficiency. More rooms completed = more money in the bank. Has anyone ever done a project like this before and can maybe guide me on what issues I may run into ?
