🚒🔥 Liability Issues 🚒🔥
This is a hypothetical question.
I have a concern about liability issues. As long as I carry insurance, cleaner has insurance and you did the screening to the best of your ability should everything be ok.
You can vet people and run background checks, however, there are things that go wrong and people who turn out not to be trust worthy.
Am I protected as long as we both have insurance. Can I be taken completely out of business depending on how severe the problem.
Examples: Fires, Destroyed Property or even worse.
