My brooooo it’s wild to even think about how I managed to get an entire month of missing just 4 habits out of 250+ of them.
From the bottom of my heart this level of consistency is the #1 thing that has changed my life.
It’s the #1 reason I started earning €1k/month built a good physique and leveled up in other areas of my life
Wildddddd to even think how 1 or 2 years before i was just this small insecure kid
After 2+ years of tracking habits and getting months when i barely miss any habits here is what i learned
1. Clarity is superrrrr important
The more specific and clear your habits are the more consistent you’ll be.
Example: Don’t just write “get good sleep.”
Write: “Sleep at 10pm wake at 6am.”
This small shift in how you write down your habits makes a MASSIVE difference
2. Daily accountability is the fu*kin key bro
Get some solid accountability partners and check in every night before you got to sleep
Send them your habit tracker and answer these three questions:
What did I do well today?
Where I fucked up?
What will I improve tomorrow?
Mannnnn if you just implement these few tips I can almost guarantee you'll stay way more consistent and as a result, make way more progress.
