My Real Estate Journey Begins
Hey everyone, my name is Laura Delgado.
I live in Texas and I’m pursuing real estate in the Houston and San Antonio markets.
I want to get these 3 things from this training:
1. Learn how to sound like a professional when speaking with sellers.
2. Gain confidence in knowing that what I say is accurate and valuable.
3. Learn how to communicate effectively with real estate agents.
For fun I like to do these 3 things:
1. Own and enjoy a short-term rental at a beach location with activities and restaurant service.
2. Network at real estate events in different cities – learn, grow, and connect while traveling.
3. Travel to emerging markets – turn vacations into property scouting trips.
