Jesus is here to help
Hi everyone! My name is Jesus. I'm a full time W-2 engineer/project manager, husband and father, but I've been involved in wholesaling/acquistions for about a year now. I live in Seattle, WA, and the markets I mainly work are WA (Seattle and Vancouver), TX metro areas, Phoenix and Vegas.
I've been one of Jedi Master Jeff's students since March of 2024, and since then, my lead to contract rate shot way up. The most impactful things I learned from him were how to:
- Ask better questions to dig for motivation
- Qualify and disqualify leads to be more efficient with my time
- Get sellers to understand their problems so it builds urgency
- Implement lead generation strategies to get myself in front of more motivated sellers
I really enjoy talking with his newer students and helping them work through their own sales process. If you are looking for your first deal and want some extra help, feel free to reach out.
