Introducing myself
Hello everyone! My name is Herbert! I’m new to the community looking to learn how to start. I’ve already taken a real estate course. So I’m kinda getting overwhelmed with information but no application. Looking to do fix and flip and buy and hold, but I need to wholesale first to recoup the 30k I’ve already invested. So I’m looking to Jv I’m ready to work with you all!! Looking forward to becoming a surgeon like Jeff!!
