ok hear me out* Why do I care about an obscure cattle breed indigenous to Southern Africa? The answer is because their natural traits of resilience, pest resistance, fertility and longevity make them the perfect tool for producing high quality, fully grass fed human food with the least need for chemical inputs in the process of farming.
To this end I am promoting the breed here in Australia, hosting this day seminar and BBQ with three other leading regenerative farmers and Nguni breeders. If you're based in NSW or QLD then it won't be a long drive to the venue here in Northern Rivers NSW.
