When we all started out we were challenged with:
- How much should I charged?
- How do I account for shop supplies and consumables?
- How do I get leads, keep track of them, and schedule them into the workload?
So many questions with not many places to turn for answers. Yet, we have all figured out a system that works for our shop. It may not be perfect, but it is working (well sort of).
