Hardwood Floor Refinishing!
I just got asked to bid on a floor refinishing job tomorrow, and honestly—I’m nervous.
It’s a large older home with original hardwoods, and I want to make sure I price it right and deliver a flawless result. I have a plan for how I’ll tackle it, but still feel totally lost when it comes to estimating costs and explaining the process confidently.
Has anyone done a job like this before? Any tips on pricing or red flags to watch for?
The client also owns a few high-end rental properties in the area, so this could open up more opportunities if I do it right. Just really want to get this one right. Appreciate any advice! 🙏
