I'm starting a new "hobby", I want to learn how to make some garments. So I thought I would start with pajama pants. I priced some flannel, WOW. I am use to buying quilting cotton. Garment cloth is a lot more expensive. When you are knew and you don't know what you doing know...I used a flannel sheet top for me. I also didn't calculate the hem correctly, so I added a ruffle. Which I love the ruffle and my daughter now wants a pair. I used the patten by Rosie Caldwell. She has video's with the pattern, on Youtube. Pockets were so fun to make and I love them!! I am making Christmas pants for the whole family, thank goodness we have a small family.
