How I schedule my days
I’ve talked with some people (shout out and !) about what struggles they had organization-wise. It seemed like routines was a big theme, so I thought I’d share what I do:
I bought a back pocket journal because I like physically writing
Here’s my format:
  • Date
  • Time block
  • Balance
  • Review
Date and time blocks are pretty self explanatory, so I’ll go into Balance and Review
Balance lists three priorities for the day
Review lets me rate my day on how present I was, if I was able to express myself, and how stable I was (mentally, emotionally, etc)
I also date the following pages so I can journal a bit throughout my day. I find when I do that, I tend to have better days
