Not getting feedback on your resume
Job hunting can be overwhelming but your resume shouldn’t be. If you’re applying and not hearing back, here are 3 quick fixes that can make a big difference: 1. Tailor it to the role. Don’t use the same resume for every job. Match your skills to the job description — especially the keywords. 2. Focus on results, not just responsibilities. Instead of “Managed social media accounts,” try “Grew Instagram following by 40% in 3 months.” 3. Keep it clean and simple. No fancy graphics, no long paragraphs. Clear structure, easy to read, and ATS-friendly formatting wins every time. *Need a second pair of eyes on your resume? 🌙 How many leads do you think slip through after hours? (A quick case study)
Hey everyone. I just wanted to share a small win from a project I recently worked on for a friend who runs a recruitment agency. His ads on LinkedIn and Indeed were driving good traffic, and most candidates called during business hours. But after setting up a Voice AI agent to cover evenings and late-night calls, we realized there were more after-hours leads than anyone expected. To help, I set up a Voice AI agent to handle those after-hours calls and capture the inbound demand he was already paying for. 💥 Results: - First night: 5 leads came in within a few hours. - First week: 15 qualified leads they never would’ve seen. The agent basically took over all incoming calls outside business hours, so he didn’t have to do anything and it still captured those “sleeping” leads they didn’t even know they were missing. It was a good reminder that timing and responsiveness play a bigger role in conversions than we think. I’ll share a short demo below (not the exact one, but a very similar version). Anyone here using Voice AI or similar tools to capture after-hours inbound traffic?

Resume review
🚨 Your resume has just 6 seconds to make an impression. That’s how long most recruiters spend on the first scan. So ask yourself: ✅ Is your headline clear? ✅ Are your top skills easy to spot? ✅ Do your achievements stand out? Tip: Use the top third of your resume like a billboard — draw them in fast, or risk being skipped. First impressions matter. Don’t waste them. Need a second pair of eyes on your resume?
