Hey guys, just joined.
My sister has always been in recruitment and I've seen the business model inside and out. Highs and lows. Pros and cons.
I'm pretty good with AI and automation but do you think it will help me or hurt me starting out?
I've setup some stuff already but could be procrastinating rather than doing the actual work.
