I was originally trying to not use the purple zip up for these 5 days as this is a newer (FYI i am not doing the shopping freeze as ive done that 3 timeswith huge benefit and don't feel it's necessary for me at this point). As the cardigan is new, it's not a good representation of the last 2 months of winter. However. It was too cold! While the blue cardigan is wool, we keep or house at 61 during the day. My son runs around barefoot like a crazy person and I'm over here dying. I threw on the new wool zip over too and the 3 colors were threatening to undo me, so i gave my black double layer valour pants some spotlight time as they are also high rotation. So cozy. What do people do with the super cold? I do not own wool thermals yet. It's a wishlist item but they are expensive. Plus, i do have sensitive skin and i usually need to wear cotton or linen underneathe so I'm hesitant to spend money on something i don't know for sure will work. Plus, the thrift gods have not blessed me with wool pants yet to vet the concept. Any insights welcome! Turning up the thermostat is also not an option. Lol. 💕
