Wise Words Wednesday
Wise Words Wednesday “Let go of yesterday and do what you can right now.” Mindfully begin your day in the now. Today is a fresh start — the slate is clean, and you get to set your sights on what needs doing. You don’t have to carry yesterday’s weight into today. Bring your full mind and energy into right now. Struggling to quiet the noise in your head? CBT can help you slow down, get grounded, and actually feel present again. Don’t wait for a better day to start — book your first session this week and take that step toward the clarity you deserve.

Wise words Wednesday
Wise Words Wednesday 🌿 “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson So many of us spend our lives trying to live up to this or that — someone else’s expectations, society’s expectations of our gender, our age, our place in life. What happens when you finally decide who you are and where you want to be? Drop a 🌿 below if this one hit home, and share in the comments: what’s one expectation you’ve let go of?

Talking Tuesday
Talking Tuesday 💬 Ever notice how a relationship can quietly turn into a business you’re co-managing? Bills, schedules, chores, kids’ logistics… and somewhere in there, the playfulness that brought you together gets filed under “later.” This is called “administration mode” — and it’s one of the most common patterns we see in long-term couples. The good news: it’s reversible. In our practice, we help couples find their way back — balancing what life demands with the connection you started with. Now with a female-led perspective and therapist Brian Grutza bringing a male voice, working from a Relational Life Therapy lens. 👉 Drop a comment: are you and your partner more “roommates managing a household” or “dating each other” lately? No judgment — most of us cycle through both. Stick around this week — I’ll be sharing a few simple ways to shift back toward connection without adding more to your plate.

Mindful Monday
Mindful Monday 🌍 — One Thing We All Share Happy Monday, everyone. Here’s a thought to start the week: whatever else is different about us, we all share this one planet. If earth-anxiety ever creeps in for you, here’s something worth sitting with — that anxiety usually comes from trying to hold the whole problem in your head at once. That’s an impossible weight for anyone to carry. Mindfulness offers a different scale: instead of the whole planet, just this moment. The choice in front of you. The walk instead of the drive. Noticing the sky instead of scrolling past it. And just as important — non-judgment applies to you too. You don’t have to do it perfectly to do it well. 💬 Let’s talk in the comments: Do you have an earth-mindfulness practice? Or does thinking about it bring up more anxiety than calm for you? Either answer is welcome here — this is a no-judgment
