Feeling off.
I just finished work now and am trying to eat but my appetite is gone. Sleeping feels mechanical, I can’t concentrate to do anything because my mind is full of noises telling me different things. Only one thing I do think about that helps me get out of the house. Step by step everything have an end why worry? I believe one day this pain will end. #hope #pain #breakups💔

My day has been heavy with emptiness, even though I spent time with family. Outwardly everything might look normal, but inside my mind is full of noise thoughts spinning, feeling lost. I keep reminding myself that showing up, even when I feel hollow, is part of rebuilding.
