About Me
My name is ReBe, and everything I share in this course comes from lived experience, personal healing, and the real moments that shaped me. I am not teaching from a classroom. I am teaching from life. I have no degree in mindfulness and no formal certification. What I do have is years of navigating my own inner world and helping others walk through theirs.
Mindfulness became part of my life because I needed it. It helped me through stress, emotional heaviness, and the days when my thoughts felt louder than anything around me. I learned how to slow down, how to breathe with awareness, and how to understand what I was feeling instead of reacting to it. Over time, these practices changed how I moved through the world.
People around me began to notice the difference. Friends came to me for support. They trusted me with their fears, their confusion, and their hopes. I found myself helping others use the same tools that helped me. Not because I had official training, but because I understood what they were going through. I understood how to listen. I understood how to guide someone back to their breath, their body, and their truth.
My qualification is simple. I have lived this. I have practiced it. I have shared it with real people who needed clarity and grounding. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed. I know what it feels like to rebuild. I know what it feels like to learn presence the slow and honest way.
I am not here as an expert. I am here as someone who has walked the path and is willing to walk it with you. Everything I teach is something I have used myself. Everything I guide you through is something that has supported my life in a meaningful way.
I am grateful you are here.
