Sleep šŸ’¤
This is my most challenging task! Between fighting against my own urge to follow my partners rotating work schedule. I tend to go time blind when I’m engrossed in my tasks. I have created a night time routine which does help me gain better sleep (a light workout, shower, then bed), however, I need to move my time up to earlier in the evening. I have felt like I get better rest with this routine in place so that’s a plus. A few adjustment and I think I could get things to fall into place better.
