This community is for women who’ve been through hard seasons, are in one now, or are rebuilding what’s next. There’s no pressure to introduce yourself or share more than you want. You’re welcome to read, reflect, and join in when it feels right. Choose what fits you most right now: What do you need more of right now, support, clarity, rest, confidence, or something else?

Classroom
Hi everyone, if you have premium access, I’ll be posting in the Classroom tab on Fridays. Tomorrow will be our first weekly session and real conversation. I won’t be doing a weekly challenge tomorrow, but I plan to in the future. This is to help keep us intentional in our rising. If there’s a topic you’d like me to cover, or if you want more information or insights, feel free to DM me. Thank you for being here. I’m excited to build this community with all of you!

Psychological Defense
Tomorrow our Rebel Rising Weekly Session and weekly challenge goes live. If you have ever caught yourself giving people access to your peace that they have not earned, and they keep disrespecting you anyway, this week’s Psychological Defense topic is for you. Premium members, watch the session, then do the weekly challenge. It’s simple, real life, and low pressure. I’m also dropping a YouTube short here for anyone thinking about Premium so you can get a feel for what you get inside. https://youtube.com/shorts/nF37yqOkPuE?feature=share (Available at 6pm today) Quick reminder for Premium members: refer someone this week, and if they join and drop your name, they get one month of Premium free.

Your Journey Is Entirely Your Own
We often can compare ourselves to others or even our own ideas of where we should be in life. More advanced in our career, married or remarried, bigger house, etc. Just know that everyone has a different journey and this doesn't make you less accomplished, loved, or capable.
