As an Agent and ex Realtor, it has always amazed me how Agents/Realtors when seeking a Listing brag about being the best Agent with the best Home Marketing Program, YET when filling in the length of the Listing, require 180-days and maybe begrudgingly settle for 90-days. Why, if a home is priced right and using a proven Home Marketing Program would you need months, maybe six, to sell the home. I only ask for 2-weeks which should be sufficient time to place the home under contract. Rarely does the home go unsold or incur a price reduction.
