Reality Mechanics is the study of how we create our experience of reality.
Here we practice Lenscoding - the art of exploring, discovering and dissolving the lenses that colour the present moment as something to escape, fix, or improve - and noticing how that clearing can influence what unfolds next.
Inside the Lab, we observe how these lenses create internal friction, holding the human system in cycles of unnecessary effort or resistance to what is occurring… often keeping the limitation in place longer without realizing it.
As this friction clears, true agency is restored, and life has a clearer chance to reorganize without being forced.
What remains is either neutral rest or spontaneous action, arising without thought, judgment, or effort needing to make it happen.
This is less about controlling reality, and more about addressing what stands in its way.
If you’re curious about how your experience of reality is created, you’re in the right place.
