4+1 mli select

Anyone in this communuty whos working on their MLI select project ? Ive finished underpinning and starting the garden suite next week while waiting on main house permit . Its a simple thing when looked at outside but complex product when you deal with the nuances as a developer and builder ! I would like to share thoughts and experiences of dealing with the city and services if theres anyone working on similar multiplex type.
