Motivated seller (also an agent and attorney) comes back
Over the weekend, a seller I'd sent a lowball offer to a couple months ago came back and asked if I'd consider selling at that price now.
For a variety of reasons, including a downward market trend, I reduced the offer.
We're still in negotiations.
But no matter how this turns out, it just shows the more offers you make, the more opportunities you will have.
