Buyers wanting full seller profiles
Had a buyer I met the other day, it was the first meeting and we were at a home i showed them.
Whike talking with them about some of their expectations and search criteria, they stated they want to feel comfortable in their new home. So, they asked for full profiles on the sellers. Who they were, what all have they done to the house since they owned it, why are they even selling their home. Did anything bad happen in the home.
I usually refer them to the sellers disclosure, but much of this does not answer their questions.
How would you field these kinds of questions from a client, to help set their expectations at ease?
