PERSONAL CHALLENGES OPERATING A REAL ESTATE BUSINESS IN BELIZE
Based on my business model and the current landscape in Belize, my most major issue operating a real estate business in Belize will be Managing the "Paperwork Bottleneck" (Bureaucracy).
While my business is designed to be a "one-stop-shop," I am still reliant on government departments that do not move as fast as my private business. This creates a major risk to my reputation and cash flow.
