Assignment for the Elite Program Cohort 4;

You are to let a client know that the house you are selling them, an older couple had died in it.

There is no easy way to let break something like this to people. However, as long as it is not a homicide, it should be easier for people to accept death. Hence, the best way to go by doing this is to be as professional and as positive about it as you possibly can so just tell them:

"I would just like you to know that the original owners of this home died already, some time ago, it was a peaceful death, no homicide, no violent death, just a peaceful death. I just want you to be aware that it was a natural passing. However, ever thing in this house has been totally remodelled." I would also doing it right at the beginning or find a moment when the walk through is going positively.
