Enrolling in the BelPro Real Estate course was truly a turning point for me, completely shifting my perspective on what it means to be a professional in Belize. From day one, Ms. J. Nicole and Ms. Delmarie Fairweather didn’t just teach from a textbook; they poured their years of wisdom and passion into us, making the dream of a real estate career feel tangible and achievable. Ms. J. Nicole’s drive to "raise the standard" is infectious—she challenges you to operate with a level of integrity and excellence that stays with you long after the lesson ends. Paired with Ms. Delmarie’s incredible depth of knowledge and her nurturing approach as a lifelong educator, I felt supported every step of the way. This experience was more than just gaining a certification; it was a personal transformation. Navigating the complexities of property law, ethics, and the Belizean market alongside such powerhouse mentors gave me a newfound confidence I didn’t know I had. They didn’t just give me the tools to sell property; they gave me a blueprint for a successful life and the mindset of a leader. Leaving the program, I don’t just feel like an agent—I feel empowered, equipped, and ready to make a real impact in my community. It was, without a doubt, one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

This meeting was a presentation night for the Real Estate Institute of Belize, where students presented their capstone business plans. The first presenter was Rene, who shared his business plan for "Milk and Honey Real Estate", focusing on commercial sales, small subdivisions, and property management in Belize's Cayo district, Belize District, and Placencia areas. Soledad then presented her plan for "Sunshine Pines Realty", specializing in land sales and focusing on 5 acres in Corozal with an initial investment of $20,000. Tanisha concluded the night with her presentation for "Relocating to Luxury," a relocation and real estate agency targeting U.S. and Caribbean clients with high-end Airbnb properties and boutique development services. All presenters received positive feedback from instructors Ms. J. Nicole Jackson and Mrs. Delmarie Fairweather, and classmates, with particular praise for their detailed financial projections and business strategies. Congratulations on producing such insightful presentation for your Capstone Project. We cannot wait to be a part of the second day of presentations as the bar was set high by Rene, Soledad, and Tanisha.
