Assignment #7
Having an MLS in Belize would make property valuations much easier and more accurate. Agents would be able to see what similar properties actually sold for instead of just looking at asking prices. This would help when comparing things like location, lot size, condition, and features of a property.
For example, if I am pricing a house in San Ignacio, I could look at recent sales of similar homes in the area and use that information to come up with a fair price. It would make the process more reliable for both buyers and sellers.
