Ethics is extremely important in real estate because agents are dealing with people’s money, property, personal information, and major life decisions. Clients need to be able to trust that the agent is acting honestly and professionally.
In simple terms, ethics means knowing what is right and wrong and choosing to do what is right, even when doing the wrong thing might benefit you. Most importantly protect your Reputation do not hinder yourself from referrals and more clients.
