MLS WOULD BE VALUBE IN BELIZE
It would build better trust for foreigners and local. A large percentage of Belize real estate comes from the U.S. , Canada , Europe where many are accustomed to MLS. A MLS system would help reduce confusion, simplify comparisons, duplicate listing about ownership and pricing. At this time Belize properties are all scattered across agency website, Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities. MLS would create one shared data based where buyers would be able to navigate properties by location, price, beachfront access, and much more in just one place instead of visiting many website, creating better transparency.
