The importance of having a real estate deal in writing is critical in many ways; that is to protect the legal rights of the client or even of your own commission as it prevents disputes. Having a written deal is an actual form of proof or evidence because both parties came to the agreement before it was signed so both parties were made aware of any penalties or such if any discrepancy arose.
