When it comes to ethics, it is very important in real estate because clients need to be able to trust their agent. Buying or selling property is a big decision, and as an agent, we have a responsibility to be honest and fair with our clients.

An example would be hiding important information about a property just to make a sale and based on observation, that is what many of our young Belizean realtors are doing just to make money, but I believe that we should ALWAYS put the interests of our buyers first no matter what, we need to offer what's best for them.

Nevertheless, as a future Residential and Buyer's Agent in Corozal, I believe having good ethics will help me build trust and a good reputation with my clients.
