The day of our capstone presentation is getting closer, I believe that we all can do this together to get to the finish line. Feeling nervous and scared? don't worry, as the youngest person in this real estate course I do feel the same but don't give up guys. ALWAYS READY!!

As someone who isn't experienced with real estate as a whole, I think the hardest part of operating my real esttae business will be building trust with clients. Since I will be new, I will need the experience, find clients, and show them thay they can depend on me when making important decision about buying or selling property. I've moved steps ahead because of this course and I am willing to break through my fear to be the realtor I've always wanted to be.

Having an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) in Belize could make property valuations more accurate because agents would have access to information about properties that have been sold, including their prices, location, size, and features. This would make it easier for agents to compare similar properties and give clients a more realistic idea of what a property is worth.

When it comes to ethics, it is very important in real estate because clients need to be able to trust their agent. Buying or selling property is a big decision, and as an agent, we have a responsibility to be honest and fair with our clients. An example would be hiding important information about a property just to make a sale and based on observation, that is what many of our young Belizean realtors are doing just to make money, but I believe that we should ALWAYS put the interests of our buyers first no matter what, we need to offer what's best for them. Nevertheless, as a future Residential and Buyer's Agent in Corozal, I believe having good ethics will help me build trust and a good reputation with my clients.
