Welcome to Real Podcasters! You’ve officially joined the #1 community for podcasters who are ready to grow, stay consistent, and hit their goals. 🎯 To start unlocking courses, resources, and live calls, you’ll need to earn points — and that happens by participating! 🙌 You’ll get 1 point for every 💬 comment or ❤️ like you receive on a post or comment you make. Here’s how to get started:👇 ✅ Step 1: Comment “I’m in!” below this post. 🤗 Step 2: Like someone else’s “I’m in” comment (that gives them a point). 🎬 Step 3: Record a short intro video (under 90 seconds). Share your name, what your podcast is about, and your favorite food! 💌 Step 4: Comment “Welcome [name]!” on someone’s intro video to give them a point. ✨ Step 5: Spread the love — give 3 more points by commenting or liking other posts that were fun, helpful, or inspiring. Remember: results come when you TAKE ACTION. You’re in the right place — let’s grow together. 👊 — Skylar Bytendorp

My Biggest Milestone Yet!
Hey, What's up guys I'm Jameson and I'm pretty new in the podcasting space, and i just landed my biggest podcast interview style episode A model, singer and actress named Shannon K, with over 3.6 mil on insta quite surreal for me and so, I just wanted to share my journey and my love for the support ive gotten from my fans and some other fellow podcasters, were pretty small, with only just 200 followers, but our biggest competitor has 4k, so aiming for 5k now lol! You guys can check out my work on my Linktree https://linktr.ee/Stakeoutpodfr and the link for Shannon's interview is down here

What’s currently the hardest part of podcasting?
What’s been the most time consuming for you lately while managing and growing your show? Content, editing, staying consistent, or turning listeners into clients? For me, I’ve realized networking and finding aligned guests takes more time than I expected.
How did you navigate discoverability for your show?
I've been posting consistently on socials (TikTok, Instagram and Youtube) and just started to attend in person events to network. My content is centered around personal development and introspection. I'm trying to figure out what actually moves the needle when it comes to discoverability and building an organic audience/following. My guess is market research but a lot of it feels very brainy, lol. My creative process has stemmed from mainly topics that resonate with me that I feel others would relate to so it's more intuitive. For anyone who has seen growth and are open to share what may have worked for you..I'd appreciate the insight.
