Started closing more deals by fixing this one simple thing
I kept letting warm leads go cold just because I forgot to follow up at the right time
Here’s what fixed it:
- Built a lead tracker in Google Sheets
- Used Make.com to send me a text reminder 2 days after I mark a lead as “Follow Up”
- Now I never forget to check back — and deals aren’t slipping through the cracks
Simple fix, big ROI. My team loves it 🙏
