I stopped manually checking Zillow every day
I used to waste 20 mins/day refreshing search filters.
Fixed it with:
- Custom Zillow scraper feeding into a Google Sheets
- Make.com sends me a Slack ping if a property matches my criteria
- Also filters out properties marked “Pending” or too small
Took 2 hours to set up. Now I just wait for deals to come to me :)
