The lowest rate I've seen in 3 years!
I absolutely love when my buyers do their due diligence! & these buyers mean business!💪🏽
My buyers reached out and were ready to start househunting once they were pre-approved by two banks.
👏🏽
Once their offer was accepted, they reached out to both banks to compare interest rates and closing cost!
In the end, they picked the bank that made more sense for their transaction! 🙌🏽
I'm so excited they were able to get the home of their dreams under contract and lock in a great interest rate!
