This Week: Build Your Three-Step System (Starting Today)
Most agents think they're not doing enough.
They see other agents on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Threads.
And they think: "I should be there too."
So, they try to be everywhere.
They post sporadically across multiple platforms.
They test new content formats every week.
They reset their strategy every 90 days.
And nothing compounds.
Here's why:
You're not failing because you're not doing enough.
You're failing because you're doing too much — without a system that connects it.
The Real Problem
Most agents have been taught that marketing requires:
❌ A presence on every platform
❌ Mastery of every content format
❌ Constant testing and pivoting
❌ New strategies every quarter
That's not a system.
That's chaos disguised as effort.
And chaos doesn't compound.
The Omnipresence Engine™ works because it removes all of that.
It's built on three steps — not thirty.
The Three Steps That Actually Matter
Step 1: Authority & Message Installation
Before you publish anything, you need clarity on:
  • Who you help
  • What problem you solve
  • Why someone should trust you
When this is clear:
✅ Your content converts better
✅ Your ads work cheaper
✅ Conversations feel warmer
Most agents skip this step.
That's why their content feels generic even when it's good.
Step 2: Content & AI Publishing Engine
You don't need to be on every platform.
You need to show up consistently on the platforms that matter.
Here's the structure we enforce:
Tuesdays: Blog article (LinkedIn + website)
Thursdays: Long-form Facebook post
Saturdays: Email broadcast
Same days. Same clarity. Every week.
Over time, we layer in: Mondays + Fridays: Short-form video
Wednesdays: Long-form market update video
But we start with the foundation — because trying to do everything at once is how systems break.
Step 3: Organic Distribution & Engagement Loops
Content doesn't work if no one sees it.
And views don't matter if they don't create conversations.
That's why engagement is not optional.
We intentionally distribute content and convert attention into dialogue through:
  • Strategic commenting on relevant posts
  • DM responses that build relationships
  • Community engagement (groups, threads, local forums)
  • Relationship-building loops that turn visibility into trust
This is the step most agents skip.
They post and disappear.
They create content but never engage with the attention it generates.
And then they wonder why nothing is converting.
What You're Doing This Week
This week, we're installing this system — starting today.
Not theoretically.
Not "eventually."
Right now.
Here's exactly what to do:
ACTION STEP #1: Lock Your Positioning (By Wednesday)
What to do:
Open ChatGPT or Claude and answer these three questions:
  1. Who do I help? (Be specific — not "buyers and sellers" — what type? What stage? What market?)
  2. What problem do I solve for them? (Not "I help them buy homes" — what friction do I remove? What clarity do I provide?)
  3. Why should they trust me over someone else? (What's different about how you work, what you know, or who you've helped?)
How to use it:
Once you have these answers, save them in a doc titled "My Positioning Foundation" and use them as the anchor for every piece of content you create this week.
If your content doesn't reinforce this positioning, don't publish it.
ACTION STEP #2: Set Your Weekly Cadence (Today)
What to do:
Block these three time slots in your calendar right now for the next 4 weeks:
Tuesdays at [YOUR TIME]: Write and publish blog article (LinkedIn + website)
Thursdays at [YOUR TIME]: Write and publish long-form Facebook post
Saturdays at [YOUR TIME]: Write and send email broadcast
Why this matters:
The cadence creates the momentum.
You're not posting when you feel like it.
You're posting because the system says it's Tuesday.
That's how consistency becomes automatic.
ACTION STEP #3: Create This Week's Content (Using Your Positioning)
What to do:
This week, create content around this theme:
"The system is simpler than you think"
Use your positioning from Action Step #1 to write:
Tuesday (Blog for LinkedIn):
"Why most [YOUR AUDIENCE] overcomplicate [YOUR SOLUTION]"
Example:
"Why most first-time buyers overcomplicate the home search process"
"Why most luxury sellers overcomplicate pricing strategy"
Thursday (Facebook Post):
Share a story about a client who was overwhelmed by too many options/opinions — and how you simplified it for them using your process.
Saturday (Email Broadcast):
Send this week's email (already written for you in this community — adapt it to your voice and market).
Pro tip:
Use AI to help you write, but make sure every piece reinforces your positioning from Action Step #1.
ACTION STEP #4: Engage Intentionally (15 Minutes Daily)
What to do:
After you publish content this week, spend 15 minutes engaging with your audience:
Tuesday after publishing:
  • Comment on 5 LinkedIn posts from people in your target market
  • Respond to every comment on your blog post
  • Send 3 DMs to people who engaged with your content
Thursday after publishing:
  • Comment on 5 Facebook posts in local groups or from potential clients
  • Respond to every comment on your post
  • Send 3 DMs continuing conversations from earlier in the week
Saturday after sending email:
  • Reply to every email response you get
  • Reach out to 3 people who haven't engaged in a while with a simple check-in
Why this matters:
This is the step most agents skip — and it's the reason their content doesn't convert.
Views don't create conversations.
Engagement creates conversations.
What Changes When You Do This
When you run these four action steps this week — and repeat them next week, and the week after — here's what happens:
✅ Your marketing feels calmer because you're not making constant decisions
✅ Your content starts converting better because it's built on clear positioning
✅ Conversations start happening inbound because you're intentionally creating the conditions for dialogue
✅ Your business becomes more predictable because the inputs are repeatable
Not overnight.
Through structure.
The Real Shift
You're not being asked to do more.
You're being asked to do the right things in the right order.
Authority first.
Then content.
Then engagement.
That's it.
The rest is noise.
