Here's why: Visibility without conversation is just noise. You're not posting to inform. You're not posting to educate. You're not posting to "stay top of mind." You're posting to start conversations. Because conversations are what turn attention into opportunities. The Problem With Most Content Most real estate content falls into one of three categories: - Announcement posts — "Just listed!" "Under contract!" "Happy closing day!" - Educational posts — Market stats, buyer tips, seller advice - Motivational posts — "Grateful for my clients!" "Another great week!" None of these are wrong. The second one creates curiosity, recognition, and a reason to respond. Same listing. Different intent. Example: Educational Post vs. Conversational Post Educational version: "Interest rates dropped to 6% this week. Great time to buy!"
