Clients are seeking 75,000.00 - 100,000.00 for investment in two more functioning senior care cash flowing facilities Maryland. They already own two facilities. They are seeking $75-$100k per business in the form of a loan but we are not opposed to a silent partner that wants to stay in the deal and collect for a period of time. As you all know, senior care and baby boomers are on the way. Our national average is $4300 per bed and we achieve $5500+ per bed at our facilities currently.
