Hey everyone. I’m an investor and lender in Knoxville TN. I’ve got several wraps and slow flips currently in my portfolio and looking to scale this part of my business. I can also provide HELOCs and DSCR funding for investors.
Mostly looking to partner up and learn from other investors who want to be the bank as I believe this is the best way to invest in real estate.
