Grateful to be welcomed into this group. 🧚🏽‍♂️🍓

My name is Emily. I am a 29 year old female who is working full time and am in school. I am engaged and have a wonderful 7 year old daughter.

Although I have been vegetarian for 15 years, I have still struggled with brain fog, fatigue , anxiety/ panic, depression and interstitial cystitis. My friend introduced this concept to me, and I found myself down the rabbit hole exploring recipes and attempting the journey solo.

I think having a community to share this journey with, will support me. And I would hope to support others, too.
