Deep Breathing
Did you know that there is something called the "Earth" breath? You breathe in and out through your nose very slowly, deeply, and consciously. You can also do the the "Air" breath, where you breathe in and out of your mouth. By focusing on either, with your eyes closed [Makes me think of the song, 'Strawberry Fields"] perhaps you'll begin to feel your mind and body lighten up. After 15 full minutes of this, perhaps you'll feel a natural high.
