@Ravi Gregory Etherton in the rad self. Reset meeting, said if it’s not a yes, then it’s a no, and it reminded me of one of my mantras which is it’s easy to say no because yes requires an action. People in general do not like change. They like their habits, even if they don’t like their habits if it’s not unbearable, they’ll stay with that habit. Path of least resistance comes to mind also change requires setting new habits, not going with the flow and being less convenient.

This time I have to pay more attention! And just so happen I got them back after some amazing hot spring today. If you ever make it down to Chile, they do have amazing Hot Springs that I can highly recommend today was my favorite ones.
