Mastermind - Rapid Success is happening in 4 days
5 week accountability + thoughts and questions!!
Tara, Greg, and I met on Zoom last night to talk about Module 1 and review our 5-week goal and action plan! My Goal: I want to move to a stronger Texas agency where I’ll have more opportunities for film and TV auditions, not just commercials. I keep hearing from others in the area about all the film and TV projects happening in Texas and the auditions they’re getting, but my agency hasn’t shared much in that space. Whenever my friends or I bring it up with our agent, he just says things have been slow. I remember one of my acting coaches telling me about four years ago that my current agent was more of a C-level option in Texas—fine to start with, but not the strongest. Action Plan: - Research top-tier agencies in Texas (currently looking at Linda McAllister Agency, which also represents in LA!). - Connect with actors/coaches who are signed with these agencies or know the agents personally to learn about the opportunities they’re receiving and, if possible, ask for referrals for the ones I know and have worked with. - Submit applications to the agencies. - Once I secure new representation, make a clear plan for how to transition away from my current agency. @Mike Chat and anyone else who might know—what’s the best way to gauge the credibility of an agency in the area? Specifically, how can I tell if they have access to stronger breakdowns? I’ve started using IMDbPro to see who’s signed with them and what types of projects their clients are booking as a starting point. Do you have any other tips or strategies I should try? Thanks so much!

This Is Why You Feel Like You’re Not Doing Enough 😔
🎯 If you’re comparing your progress to everyone else’s—this is your reminder. You’re not falling behind. You’re just looking in the wrong direction. 👀 The only person you need to grow past… is you from yesterday. No one else’s pace matters. No one else’s path defines yours. 👉 Just be a little more honest. A little more focused. A little more consistent. That’s progress. That’s power. That’s enough.

I need help with email personalizations to SCs
I have questions for when it comes to researching Stunt Coordinators and figuring out how to personalize the email to them. 1)What if you can’t really see him in the stunts they does? With most stunts you see a person’s back or they’re wearing a mask and you can’t tell if its them, so how do you say I loved your work on something if you can’t tell what they’re doing because you can’t see them. 2) Am I able to mention something old that they did or preferably something recent to show you’re up to date with their work? 3)What if they assistant stunt coordinate something and you say “I loved this specific fight scene" but you also don’t know if they coordinated that fight or if the main coordinator did. What do you do then? 4)What if they just worked on a project you really want to work on, idk if it’s okay to say its awesome to see that you worked on such and such, its always been a goal of mine to work on that show or work on a marvel project? I honestly don’t know the parameters in what I can say or what I can’t say.
You want more auditions? Start by building a better relationship with your agent. 🎬💼
The truth is… agents invest in talent that invests in themselves. If you’re not showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and treating your career like a business—why should they go the extra mile for you? This clip is just a taste. 🔥 The full breakdown is on YouTube: @mikechatxma 🎯 Learn how to go from overlooked to unstoppable.
