Everyone has bad days
What are some ways you have found that help you recenter and recuperate from yours? I have found that centering myself with music, comfort food and something that can help me laugh (reading, TV, friends, etc.) teens to help, but I'm curious to hear of other ways that could be more effective. I enjoy trying new things in the name of health, and I am excited to hear what you've got 😁
