My OTR transformation
Here to learn whatever I can from anyone else to keep improving myself, and hopefully share whatever I can with others from things that I've already learned. This was my transformation a couple years ago. Had already been lifting while over the road, but was getting way too carried away with the garbage food and got up to 252lbs. Decided to clean up the diet. Started tracking calories and macros, sticking mostly to a high-protien;moderate-carb;low-fat diet, increased cardio, and got back down where I need to be. The process to get the weight off really sucks, but once it's gone and you can establish a new baseline for yourself life feels pretty amazing. Don't give up, if you fall off the horse don't beat yourself up about it, just get back on track ASAP and keep pushing!

How's it going yall, it's amazing to be apart of this wonderful community! I was born in Nepal but currently live in Miami. I used to be a fitness coach about a year ago so I support other coaches. Looking forward to seeing this unique community grow πŸ”₯
