Hi all! Wondering if anyone out there has durational experience with the pranayam/med called Immune System Booster: The Inner Sun. Its an 11 min practice GJ teaches it at the end of this vid. Its an interesting med bc it utilizes the left nostril only (which I know to be lunar and cooling) yet its breath of fire (so its heating, lol). Then theres the surya mudra. I can't tell if its deep tantric alchemy or its a terrible idea in summertime - if its exacerbating the heat or in the process of purifying as the archives indicate... So wondering if anyone has done this med consistently (like 20, 30, 40+ days) and if u have reflections or also went thru a period of discomfort... I'm on day 5 and lots of really intense dreams/some nightmares, which is unusual for me. Feeling bright but also distinct pitta agitation. Happy eclipse! Kim

Hello there. I would like to take a class (in person) on Wednesday or Thursday evening at RAMA. I want to be sure about the times because I’ve read London times, but I know that here in Majorca we are one hour ahead of UK. I don’t want to be late or miss out. Can you advise?
